Ben Waldshan, President Backed by over 15 years of direct marketing experience, Mr. Waldshan currently directs Tranzact Information Services' vision and overall business strategy. He also drives innovation by ensuring the Company's resources are continually aligned with changing customer needs. Prior to joining Tranzact Information Services, Mr. Waldshan was a founder and CEO of Data Warehouse Corporation, a leading data solutions provider that was twice named to Inc. 500's list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in America. Data Warehouse Corporation was acquired by TRANZACT in 2006. Previously, Mr. Waldshan was the Vice President of Direct Marketing at Rock Financial (now Quickenloans.com) where he guided the creation and development of a centralized retail direct marketing platform and state-of-the-art database. Cauley Sutton, COO Mr. Sutton is responsible for the strategic leadership of Tranzact Information Services' overall day-to-day business operations as well as its information technology team. Over the past 15 years, he has held a number of leadership positions within the operations and technology teams of both the company and its predecessors. His business savvy and extensive experience have been instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, enabling Tranzact Information Services to quickly capitalize on opportunities for growth in the marketplace. Prior to his nine-year tenure with Tranzact Information Services, Mr. Sutton was a senior technical leader in the telecommunications industry. James Mackey, CFO Mr. Mackey has an extensive background in finance and business development. Prior to joining Tranzact Information Services (and its predecessor, MarketerNet), Mr. Mackey was the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Experian. Prior to Experian, he enjoyed a 25-year tenure at a leading direct marketing services firm, Metromail Corporation (acquired by Experian in 1998), where he held several senior level positions in finance and accounting, corporate development, and strategic planning. Prior to Metromail, Mr. Mackey worked in public accounting with Ernst and Young. Kesna Lawrence, SVP - Client Strategy Mr. Lawrence joined the team in 2004 to develop the next generation technology that would leap-frog the competition and position the company for consistent, sustainable growth. His intuitive knowledge of how technology and analytics can be leveraged to meet customer needs continues to play an important role in driving product innovation. Mr. Lawrence is currently responsible for the design and implementation of client strategy as well as data acquisition. As a pioneering member of the Mortgage Industry Standard Maintenance Organization (MISMO), he worked shoulder-to-shoulder with fellow industry veterans to redefine the framework for systems communication. Prior to joining Tranzact Information Services (and Data Warehouse), he held leadership positions at both ABN AMRO (now Citi Mortgage), where he was instrumental in developing the technology behind the OneFee Services platform and Ocwen Technology Xchange, where he designed a revolutionary vendor management and workflow system for the mortgage industry. Steve Winkiel, SVP - Product Management Mr. Winkiel has a diverse background in marketing, information technology and software application product management. His previous experience includes strategic roles at Thomson Financial, Allstate, Ameritech, and True Value. Mr. Winkiel currently oversees all aspects of product development with the goal of driving innovation, enhancing the functionality of our existing technology and improving the overall customer experience. Prior to Tranzact Information Services, Mr. Winkiel was a partner in a business that utilized technology to provide innovative marketing solutions and business process automation.
