INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description:

This is not a telemarketing position but a business to business consultative sales opportunity.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate consistency in exceeding sales goals, ability to develop ongoing relationships with established customers and effective new business development skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience exceeding goals in a consultative business to business sales environment.
- Experience in developing sales relationships, providing superior customer service and expanding opportunities with current customer base.
- Strong computer skills including CRM systems, MS Word, Windows
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional sales skills including persistence, ability to overcome obstacles and objections, and desire to improve skills.
- Exceptional work ethic.
- Uses time productively, maximizes efficiency, and meets challenging work goals.
- Proven experience in creating work plans to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Presents a professional, positive image that reflects well on the organization.
