How quickly can you get a count of the number of prospects in my chosen geography?

Most counts can be generated in seconds by calling your Direct Marketing Consultant at 1-800-810-0671. You can also run list counts on-line at www.dwcsolutions.com/prospectlists/runcounts.asp.

How are your lists compiled?

Data is gathered from multiple sources including the nation's largest compilers, county courthouse deed recordings, tax assessor and credit bureau data. We then cross reference and combine the data which results in the most accurate and robust database in the industry. All mortgage information is updated monthly to ensure freshness, and individual credit information is updated daily. Data Warehouse is committed to data cleanliness and takes extensive steps to ensure the highest data quality available. Our data hygiene processes are rigorous and all data is matched against the NCOA (National Change of Address) database.

What formats are available for receiving the Data?

You can select diskette, CD, printout, mailing labels or simply download the data from our Web site at no extra charge. Let your Direct Marketing Consultant know if you’ll need a special format to be compatible with the software you use.

How many times can I use the list?

All list rentals are for one-time usage. Please ask your Direct Marketing Consultant about purchasing lists for multiple use.

How many clients get the same list?

There are many factors that help our clients obtain lists that are unique from their competitors. Our prospect lists are custom created for each individual client. We also have the largest database of homeowners available and update our files every 30 days in order to provide the freshest data possible. Occasionally, similar criteria requested within the same geography may result in certain prospects being on more than one list during a given month. However, we will draw names consecutively from a given geography’s universe and do whatever we can to avoid having the same name on two different lists.

What is the difference between the data I can get online and what you offer?

Online sources offer the same data available at the county courthouse level, which is not scrubbed against the Do Not Call lists, does not have highly accurate telephone numbers (or many numbers at all), and does not offer targeted segmentation. Online courthouse data services are great for look-ups, but not for marketing. It can cost well over $1.00 per name to produce what we offer for a fraction of that cost.
